Warning 1 – Promotional Products, We do not provide exchanges or returns. Ask any questions you may have before purchasing these Items.

Warning 2Solidity Test (Required for all fabrics)

How to do it:

  • Leave the mesh to soak in water with neutral detergent for testing (30min),
    If the fabric releases excess paint and does not compose/mix colors, there is a high probability of one color migrating to another.
    When washing the item and the first few washes, it must be isolated from other items
  • The test is necessary for pieces that will be joined with other fabrics, so that there is no color migration (stains).

Example: color combination with prints, etc.

Adamá Malhas e Tecios does not exchange cut mesh.

GUARANTEE

For returns, products must be sent in their original packaging and if misuse is found, the cost will be borne by the buyer.

IMPORTANT

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS

O prazo para trocar ou devolver algum item de sua compra e de 7 dias corridos, from receipt of the order. The Product must be sent in the original packaging, without signs of use, without violating the manufacturer's original packaging, accompanied by the order and the invoice. We recommend that the customer contact us via (21) 3344-4150 ou (21) 96937-1542 before returning the product.

EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Se o produto estiver com defeito, as mesmas condições acima serão aplicadas, com exceção de apesar de estar na embalagem original, a embalagem pode estar aberta. O produto porém passará por uma previa análise para verificação da existência de defeito, caso for constatado defeito, enviamos o novo produto. Nesse caso recomendamos contatar-nos através do (21) 3344-4150 ou (21) 96937-1542 before proceeding with the return.

NOTICE

Adamá Tecidos does not bear the costs of collecting and posting the product (including packaging) for exchange by choice, withdrawal or regret.

IMPORTANT

 We only accept returns after this communication has been confirmed and within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, we will not accept the return and your purchase will be resent without prior consultation.

Deadline to complete the exchange process

– We have a period of up to 30 (thirty) calendar days, counting from receipt of the product at the Distribution Center, to verify whether the request is within our exchanges and returns policy.
