Buying in our store is very easy:
1) Simply navigate between the different product pages (categories, news, offers, highlights) and click on the product. You can use the WhatsApp button at any time to chat with us, or add to the cart and go to checkout to pay for your purchases by Card, Pix or Boleto.

Fabric delivery times vary depending on the shipping service selected by the customer at the time of purchase.
When calculating shipping, the delivery time also appears in the service description.
You will be informed of the code to track your order through the post office website as soon as it is posted.
We have the following shipping methods:
Pac, Sedex and Transport.
The Pac and Sedex services are integrated directly with the post office website, therefore, the values set are values stipulated by the customer's location and the weight of the product.
The Carrier Service is for exclusive use by customers who wish to have their purchases sent by a carrier (very common in the case of wholesale purchases) and, therefore, must specify the carrier for us to request collection.
Please note that the cost of any shipping is borne by the customer. Except when there are promotions, which exempts payment.
There is also the option of in-store pickup, where the customer can complete the entire purchase via the website and pick up the product in store. For this option, shipping is not charged.
Posting time varies from 1 to 6 business days. However, we always do our best to post fabrics within 1 to 2 business days.
The customer has the right to return or cancel a product, up to 7 days after receiving it, in accordance with consumer law, and be refunded the amounts paid for it. And Adamá always prioritizes customer satisfaction.

For returns, products must be sent in their original packaging and if misuse is found, the cost will be borne by the buyer.

EXCHANGE OR RETURN OF PRODUCTS

The Product must be sent in the original packaging, without signs of use, without violating the manufacturer's original packaging, accompanied by the order and the invoice. EXCHANGE OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If the product is defective, the same conditions as above will apply, with the exception that despite being in the original packaging, the packaging may be open. The product, however, will undergo a prior analysis to check for a defect. If a defect is found, we will send the new product. In this case, we recommend contacting us via +55(21) 3344-4150 or +55(21) 96937-1542 before proceeding with the return.
NOTICE
Adamá Tecidos does not bear the costs of collecting and posting the product (including packaging) for exchange by choice, withdrawal or regret.
IMPORTANT
We only accept returns after this communication has been confirmed and within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise, we will not accept the return and your purchase will be resent without prior consultation.
With regard to your personal address, payment and order content data, you can be assured that they will not be used for purposes other than processing the orders placed, and will therefore not be disclosed under any circumstances.
